Ancient Castle

Ancient Castle
I peek through the ancient windows peering at the majestic castle hoping to see if the images of past occupants are there.

It smells like old dusty bread  and crumbling dirt walls. It smells like its 500 years old. I can almost see the furniture that use to be there years ago.

I can hear the gusting ,ghostly ,gloomy ,whispers and howling wind. Doors creaking  open and screeching ravens , acting like soldiers guarding the old rusting castle.
I can taste endless dust flowing through my mouth ; the taste of ages of time pushing through the ancient rooms.

The decaying castle is perched on crumbling ragged, rusting, rocks and is still being held up proudly. The ravens are swooping around the old castle. I can feel the wondrous souls flying through the opened door into the unnamed rooms.
